  1. Take As required Ready made samosa patti (switz)
  2. Take 1 cup finely chopped onion
  3. Get 1 cup finely chopped capsicum
  4. Take 1 cup cube cut potatoes (partly boiled)
  5. Get 1 cup boiled corn
  6. Take 1 tsp (3 g) paste (ginger garlic & green chillies)
  7. Make ready 1/2 tsp freshly crushed black pepper

Steps to make Italian samosa:
  1. In a fry pan heat oil add onion and 3g paste untill it turns light pink.
  2. Add capsicum corn potatoes or any veggie of your choice strir it for 6-8 mins.
  3. Add salt, black pepper and seasoning.
  4. If you want you can add mozerella cheese to it.
  5. Fill in a patti with tight packing with help of corn flour paste.
  6. Fry under medium flame and serve it with tomato ketchup.
