The ingredients needed to make Dengu samosa:
- Take 1/4 kg boiled dengu(green grams)
- Get 1 big onion
- Get Spices of choice
- Prepare Cooking Oil
- Prepare Samosa pockets made with chia seeds
- Take Salt
Steps to make Dengu samosa:
- In a cooking pan fry onions, add salt and spices follwed by dengu.
- Fry until well combined, don't add any water. Switch off heat and set aside to cool.
- Meanwhile make samosa pockets (you can refer to my previous beef samosa but add 1tbsp chia seeds on the dough)
- Fill the pockets with the dengu then deep fry until golden brown.
- Enjoy with beverage of choice.
