  6. For naan bread mix together 1.75 cup of self raising flour and 1 cup of Greek yoghurt and chopped coriander. Mix until dough like texture then press into 5 or 6 naans. Add chopped garlic on top and fry in some oil, once golden remove and add butter on top

Mix together the yogurt, garam masala, turmeric and cumin and add to the chicken, making sure that each piece is well coated with the mixture. The secret to the tender, flavour infused chicken is a spice infused yogurt marinade made with fresh ginger, garlic, lemon juice and spices.
