  3. Making custard. Take one cup milk and bring it to a boil. Now take 5 tbs milk and two teaspoons custard powder and mix well. Add this to boiled milk and stir well. Now add 5 teaspoon sugar and mix well and cool.
  4. Brownie or sponge you can buy readymade from outside.I bought ice cream from outside.
  5. Layering First add the carrot halwa and layer it.
  6. Then add the custard and layer it.
  7. Then add the browine and layer it and top of it custard again.
  8. Now comes rava kesari.
  9. On top of this ice cream.
  10. Decorate with pomegranate and serve chill.
