- Sieve wheat flour in a wide bottom dish. Add sesame seeds and oil and mix well. Slowly add the jaggery water and make a soft dough. Please note this dough shrinks so do not make it stif. Knead well using a little bit of oil.
- Divide the mixture into 6 or 8equal parts and roll it out thinly. With a cutter cut small discs. - Deep fry them immediately on medium heat as they tend to shrink. Mitthi puri is ready. Enjoy on its own or with a cup of tea. - Some like it crispy so to make them roll small puris individually.
