- Take a bowl mix gram flour, semolina, salt,red chilli powder, asefetida, chat masala and make a paste/ batter and keep it aside for 10 minutes..

- Heat oil in a pan.. Dip the potatoes one by one in the batter and fry..
- Fry them till they turns crispy golden colour from both side..
- Yummy and crispy potato pakora are ready to serve.. Enjoy them with green chutney or tomato ketchup..
Aloo Pakoras are well know street food snacks. They are served with Green sauce or as it is called in local language as Hari Chutney or Coriander Chutney. To make aloo pakora, combine the besan, rice flour, chilli powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida, carom seeds, coriander, warm oil, baking soda, salt and approx. ¾ cup of water in a deep bowl and mix well using a whisk till smooth. Heat the oil in a deep non-stick kadhai, dip a few potato slices in the prepared batter and drop it in hot oil. Potato pakoras, or aloo pakora in Urdu/ Hindi, are the most favourite easy snacks in my household.
