Made of refined flour, veggies, noodles and soy sauce these samosas taste delicious. Here we prepare Chinese samosas which is favorite among all age groups.

Steps to make Chinese Samosas:
  1. Take cabbage, carrot and thinly sliced green peppers in a bowl. Sprinkle about half tsp salt and mix them with hands. Rest them for 15-20 mins.
  2. Transfer them to a cheese cloth and press the mixture firmly to remove all the juices all.
  3. Heat some oil in a wok, add the ginger garlic and green chillies and cook for 1-2 mins.
  4. Add in the French beans, corn kernels and the cabbage, carrot, pepper mix.
  5. Cook them together for 3-4 mins till most of the moisture is gone and the vegetables are half cooked. Don't over cook them.
  6. Add in all the sauces in the veggies and give them a mix on high heat for 1-2 mins. Remove it in a separate bowl to cool off.
  7. In a small bowl, take 2 tbsp all purpose flour and add in 2-3 tbsp water to form a thick paste.
  8. Take Filo sheets and cut them in to 1.5-2 inch thick strips. Apply the flour paste in the center of one strip and create cross pattern. Add about 1 tbsp of the filling in the center.
  9. Close the filling with getting the bottom strip up together and applying the flour paste in between as glue.
  10. Heat oil in a wok and fry them till golden brown. Serve them with sweet chilli sauce or schezwan sauce.
