Add this to a blender with one mug of water and blend smoothly then keep aside.
- Then add butter to a wok/ large saucepan. Let the butter melt then add clove powder cinnamon powder and rest of the cardamon powder with the bay leaf. Then add the garlic and ginger and mix this well. Add a bit of chilli powder if you want the orange colour. Then add the prepared blended sauce.
- Then let this simmer till the butter comes to the top and add chopped paneer. Then with your hands crush the kasturi methi and add the whipped cream over the top. Let this simmer for a few minutes then sprinkle coriander and enjoy with fresh naan breads or rice 😊
