- Ab pehle 1st design ke liye 1,1 plain and chocolate dough ball le lain. pehle surface pe hlka sa dry maida speinkle kar dain, ya plastic sheet ke oper plain ball ko hath se flat krte huey phaila lain, isi trha alg se chocolate dough ki ball ko bhi phaila lain. phr plain dough ke oper chocolate dough ko rakh ke carefully roll kar lain.
- Phr is roll ko 2 flat smoother se press kr kr k square ki shape mai set kr dain. khyal rkhay k roll ko dono smoothers se hlka hlka press krna hai, hr side ko hlka sa press krne k baad dosri side se press karay, phr ab shashlik stick ko center mai rkh k hlka sa press kr dain, takay aik line bn jaye, phr side turn kr k us side pe bhi stick se line bnaye, is trha sb sides pe stick ko center mai rkh k press krte huey lines bna lain. log ko plate mai rkh k freezer mai 1 hour k liye rkh dain.
- Ab 2nd design ke liye pehle plain dough ki aik ball ko roll kar lain. phr chocolate ball ko bhi patla sa roll kar lain.ab plain roll ke oper chocolate roll rakh ke braid ki trha overlap kar lain. phr dono sides ko hands ke sath ander ki trf press karay, phr dono smoothers se flat krte huey square log ki form mein set kar lain, ab is squared log ko freezer mein 1 hour ke liye set hone ke liye rakh dain.
- Ab 3rd design ke liye pehle pehle plain dough ko phaila dain, phr chocolate dough ko phaila lain. ab chocolate dough ke oper plain dough rakh ke carefully roll kar lain. phr dono. smoothers se flat krte huey squared log ki shape de kar 1 hour ke liye freezer mein rakh dain.
- Phr in logs ko freezer se nikal ke knife se 1/4 inch thick biscuit cut krte jaye, or baking plate pe rakhte jaye. thora thora distance zaror rakhay, ab is plate ko grm pateeli mein stand ke oper rakh ke 15 se 17 min tak bake kar lain.mazedaar and crispy two tones biscuits are ready… thori dr kisi jali pe rakh ke thanda kar lain, then serve with tea and enjoy….. 🙂
- Karahi(wok) mai baking k liye aik bari karahi lain, us ki base mai normal sized stones(pebbles) rkh dain. ab in stones pe aik stand ko rkh dain. phr karahi ko cover kr k tz speed pe 12 se 15 min tk grm kr lain. phr jb karahi preheat ho jaye to is mai stand k oper biscuits ki plate rkh k karahi ko cover kr k heat ko slow kr dain, ab dm vali heat se thori tz heat kr k bake krna hai. 15 se 17 min mai biscuits bake ho jaye ge, br br karahi ko khol k check nhi krna, 15 min k baad hi open karay.
