- Boil green grams for twenty minutes

- Cover the dough for 10 mins. Meanwhile, make a paste using flour and cold water,then cover it. (it should be thicker than one for Pancake)
- Divide the dough into 8 small balls.
- Make round shape like for chapati using little oil and flour.
- Dry them in a got pan.
- Cut the circles into two parts. Then join one edge to the other using the paste. Let it dry for 5 mins.
- Add chopped coriander,carrots,,green paper and greater garlic and ginger to the grammes as you mix them evenly.
- Put the a t spoon of grammes to a folded dough as you fold the upper part and join it using the paste.
- Deep fry your samosa gently in a hot cooking oil.
- Save your Samosa while still hot with a drink
