Cook the Paneer Makhani Quesadillas Heat up a castiron skillet on low-medium heat. Add a teaspoon of Primal Kitchen's Avocado Oil. Place a tortilla of your choice on the castiron skillet. Put mustard seeds in oil and let the mustard crackle.
Instructions to make Paneer Quesadillas:
- Take Wheat Flour in a container add oil. Add water as required and knead a soft dough. Cover it and let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Roll thin round sheets from the dough and semi cook on both the sides. Prepare all the quesadilla bases and keep them aside.
- In a container take all the ingredients required for stuffing(paneer, cheese, onion, Capsicum, tomato ketchup, schezwan sauce, salt) and mix properly
- Apply butter and roast quesadilla base flipping sides. Place stuffing on half portion of the crispy base.
- Slowly fold the quesadilla and roast on both the sides.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup
Add corn, black beans and cilantro and stir to combine well. Turn off stove or leave on very low heat while you assemble the quesadillas on another skillet. Add finely chopped onions, chopped dhania, salt, red chilli pwdr and a squeeze of lime. Take two medium size flour tortillas or two big rotis. Spread the red sauce on one of them.
