  1. Sugar syrup method:- In a medium saucepan combine sugar and water. Bring it to a boil, stirring, until sugar has dissolved add lemon juice and green cardamom powder,stirring for 1-2 second and Allow to cool.
  2. Gulab Jamun Method:- Take a mixer jar add coconut biscuits and grind them nicely.
  3. Transfer coconut biscuit powder into the bowl and add milk powder,all-purpose flour and milk and make a soft dough.
  4. When dough is ready rub your hands with some oil or ghee Divide the dough in to equal portions and make smooth balls without any lines or cracks on them. Do not knead or press the balls. Be gentle in handling the dough.
  5. Oil must be just medium hot and not very hot. Else the gulab jamun will brown without cooking inside. To check the correct temperature, add a small piece of the dough to the oil.
  6. The ball must rise slowly without changing its color much. This is the right temperature. If the ball rises fast, then it means the temperate is a bit high. Then take off from the gas for a while. When Gulab Jamun fry from both the sides remove from pan and cool down.
  7. Check your syrup if it is still hot. If not, heat it up once more. The syrup must be hot and not very hot. When you dip your finger, you must feel it is hot. But not very hot that you cannot tolerate the heat. Leave it on the gas. After some time add Gulab Jamun in sugar syrup and leave them for 30 minutes in sugar syrup.
  8. After 30 minutes remove Gulab Jamun from sugar syrup and serve in a bowl you can garnish Gulab Jamun with silver work. Now our Coconut Biscuit Gulab Jamun is ready to have. ENJOY!
