  1. Take a bowl add curd whisk it well.Now add ginger garlic paste,garam masala,black pepper powder and salt,mix all well.Now add capsicum,onion and finally tofu paneer in it and marinate it well and keep it aside for 20 minutes.
  2. After marination done,take a pan add butter add kashmiri lal mirch and kasoori methi stir it and now add marinated tofu paneer in it and cook it till it's gravy get dried completely and now add mozzarella cheese on it (it's optional)and switch off the flame and mix it well.Now cool it.
  3. Now take a bread slice apply tomato ketchup on both the slices and put paneer mixture on one slice and sprinkle little chat masala on it and cover with another slice.Like this prepare all slices ready for grilling.
  4. Now take a grill pan add butter on it and grill the bread slices gently from both sides.Our healthy and delicious grilled tofu paneer sandwich is ready to serve with hot coffee.Enjoy

Here I have used homemade whole wheat bread. You can use any bread like brown bread or white bread to make this sandwich. I served the veg paneer sandwich with coriander chutney and tomato sauce.
