- Milk ko boil karain
- Is main cheeni dalain
- Ab is ko low-Medium flame par pakain or sath sath chamach hilaty jaein
- Jab 1/2kg rah jae means thick ho jae tu is ko matkay main dal dein
- Is main oreo ko crush kar ke mix kar dein or uper b dal dein
- Matkay ko foil paper say achy tarhan air tight kar ke freeze karain 1-2hrs ke liyay
Take it out, mix whipped topping, if adding sugar, add it now, and mix it with beater so whipped topping mixed nicely. Add crushed oreo in it and put it in kulfi mould. Kulfi is basically frozen rabri and malai kulfi is the most basic kulfi.
