The ingredients needed to make Paneer Veggie Sandwiches:
  1. Take Bread
  2. Make ready butter
  3. Make ready stuffing
  4. Take chopped cabbage
  5. Get chopped capsicum
  6. Get green chilli chopped
  7. Make ready grated paneer
  8. Make ready grated carrot
  9. Take chopped Coriander leaves
  10. Get grated Amul processed Cheese (2 cube)

These sandwiches are now available roadside, at fast food joints, and even in restaurants.. Knead the paneer, add all the ingredients and mix it well. Heat oil in a pan,add ginger and garlic, saute for few seconds. Add onion and saute until it turns translucent.

Instructions to make Paneer Veggie Sandwiches:
  1. In bowl add cabbage, carrot, capsicum, coriander leaves, chilli, paneer, cheese, salt and mix well.
  2. Apply 1 tsp butter on each bread slice - Keep 2 bread slices with their buttered side downward facing and the other 2 bread slices with the buttered sides facing upwards. Spread 1 to 2 tbsp stuffing evenly over bread. Now place another bread slice with butter side facing upwards on stuffing.
  3. Grill in Pre-heat Sandwich toaster/griller for 4 minute. - Butter the top and bottom of the bread slice of each sandwich so the bread in contact with the Sandwich Toaster has some butter and turns golden and crispy. Put the sandwiches in the Toaster. Close down the lid and toast until crisp, golden and cheese is melted or till Toaster light shows green.
  4. Serve it hot. Enjoy Grilled Veggies Sandwiches with or without Tomato ketchup.

Add bell pepper and mix well. Add kashmiri chili powder,garam masala and cumin powder. Next add tomato ketchup and mix well until combined. Place another bread slice over it. Drizzle some butter on a pan and toast the sandwich.
