- Heat heavy bottom pan and add milk to it. Bring milk to a boil. After that slow the flame and stir the milk occasionally and add few saffron strands to it.
- Cut the bread slice into circle shape
- Heat the pan and add ghee.. When ghee become hot add bread slice and fry golden brown.keep the eye on it because it will burn very soon. Fry all slices and keep aside
- Keep flame slow and stir the milk until milk becomes rabri. When milk becomes thick add green cardamom powder and chopped dry fruits and switch off the flame and let it cool down
- Then heat a pan and add water to it and add sugar to it. Boil 5-10 minutes. Make thin sugar syrup. Make sure sugar syrup is not over cooked
- Take fried bread slice and dip in this sugar syrup and take out. Just dip and take out immediately.
- When all slice coat well with sugar syrup take one slice and add rabri to it. Place another slice and again set a layer of rabri to it. Then add desiccated coconut and garnish with some chopped dry fruits and place it to refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes and serve it chilled as it tastes yummy when chilled..
