  9. Place water into bigger pan and place pan with Flan inside
  10. Place into oven together. Cook for about 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean when placed into Center of pan

  12. Melt 1 cup of Sugar in Small saucepan
  13. Pour on top of cooked Flan and place in fridge to cool.
