  4. Prepare 250 gm condense milk (add more or less as per taste)
  5. Make ready 1 tspn elaich powder
  6. Take 1 tbspn ghee
  7. Prepare Pista or any dryfruits of your choice

A creamy custard served chilled with some delicious jamuns is a tempting combo of desserts. Custard powder-You may use vanilla or any other of your favorite flavored custard powder. This was told by my friend Sangeeta as Atta kesari. I could relate the texture to kesari, so may be it's named so.

Steps to make Kesari custard ladoo:
  1. In a mixer jar grind paneer, condense milk, elaich powder half of saffron milk into a smooth paste..
  2. In a pan heat ghee than add the paste.. In the same mixer jar grind the remaining milk with custard powder and add the in paste and mix well..
  3. Cook continuously till it start leaving the pan than transfer it into a greased plate and cool it to room temperature.
  4. Once cooled make a smooth and soft dough.. Grease your hand with ghee and take small small portion and make ladoo shape garnish it with kesar and pista or any dryfruits of your choice..
