In a pan again add little oil,and blend a scotch bonnet and onions.add onions fried till is little bit brown,add your grinder peppers,seasoning, garlic and ginger powder,add Maggi,salt to taste and add your fish to and live to steam for 2mins,then turn over for 2mins again, serve with anything of your choice.rice or juice.
