    1. Parboil, wash and boil rice separately. 2. Wash the beans and cook for a little while, then drain out the water and cook till tender. 3. Clean and wash the catfish, place in a pot, add spices, onions, salt, cubes, fresh pepper, ginger, garlic and steam properly.
    1. Wash, blend and boil the fresh tomatoes and pepper till dry. 5. Pour groundnut oil in a dry pot, add onions and fry. 6. Add boiled fresh tomatoes and pepper. 7. Add tin tomatoes and fry. 8. Add the steamed fresh catfish, curry, thyme, ginger, garlic, cubes, salt to taste. Then add the curry leaves. Simmer a little bit and remove.
    1. Wash and peel the plantain. 10. Heat the groundnut oil and fry. 11. Dish food and serve as desired.
