- In a mixer jar add paneer and blend nicely.
- Transfer into a bowl add black pepper powder, maida, salt mix well to make a dough. Keep aside for some time.
- Heat a pan add butter, onion, garlic paste, ginger paste, tomato, a pinch of salt,saute well. Cook till tomato get pulpy. Once tomato becomes tender let it cool & then add in mixer.
- Heat pan add oil, butter, kasuri methi saute a while, add tomato onion puree and cook till butter floating from edges.
- Low the flame add haldi, garam masala, red chilli powder,mix well & switch off the flame.
- Sprinkle some maida on board, roll the paneer dough, thickness should be around 2mm.
- Apply a thin layer of cooked masala on it.
- But in long strips with pizza cutter, roll each strips very light handed.
- Heat a grill pan, grease it, put all rolls on it cook for a while, flip them, cook from other side. Transfer in a plate.
- Add little water in leftover masala, cook till boil. Add amul cream and mix well..Switch off the flame.
- Transfer the gravy in a serving bowl, put paneer pinwheels in it. For garnishing sprinkle green coriander on top.
- Paneer Pinwheels are ready to serve. Serve hot with parantha, chatpati, as you wish.
