- Make ready Asorted(cow intestines)
- Prepare Pkomo(cow skin)
- Take Stockfish
- Make ready Dry cat fish
- Take Crayfish

- Prepare Salt
- Prepare Locust Bean
This loaded okro soup is a staple in some West African countries like Nigeria, Ghana, and Cameroon. Okro Soup (Okra Soup) is one of the easiest Nigerian Soups you can whip up. Instructions to make Okoro Soup:
- Wash assorted intestines with warm water and salt, wash pkomo with clean water and chop into desired sizes, then wash stockfish and Dry fish with warm water and a pinch of salt, wash Okoro and chop/grate into desired sizes.
- Season your assorted intestines with Maggi & salt, then boil for 15mins, add pkomo, stockfish & Dry fish. Allow to steam for 10mins.
- Add blended yellow pepper and crayfish to taste, add locusts beans. Add Palm oil(preferably little). Steam for about 2 - 3mins, then add Okoro. Steam for another 5minutes. Your Okoro soup is ready
Fufu is made from grated fermented cassava, which is cooked into a dough. I will be serving this with semolina as fufu is hard to find in Australia.
