  1. Take a wok, heat up the oil add onion and fry for 2 minutes.
  2. Add boiled mince and green chilli paste and cook for 30 seconds.
  3. Then add salt, black pepper and chilli flacks. Cook again for few seconds.
  4. Add dry milk, plain flour (maida) and cook for 30 seconds. Then add milk.
  5. And cook until milk drained.
  6. Take roghni Naan dough and divide in 2 equal portions. Roll out 1 portion
  7. Fill the creamy mince filling and seal the sides. Then roll out again with light hands.
  8. Make holes with the help of anything with the rounded bottom.
  9. Spread dry milk sullery and sesame seeds on top.
  10. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes on 190c minutes.
  11. Spread oil on hot naan and serve with raita and mayo chilli garlic dip.
