- Take 2 tablespoons of oil add jeera and adrak. Take one bowl mix___ haldi,red chilli powder, kasuri methi, curd and coriander powder to a paste,
- When jeera started crackling tomato fry for 5 minutes, gradually add curd mix into it add another half tablespoon of salt and add little bit of water to get the texture. Cook for 10 minutes, it's done
