  1. In a bowl add boil rice and keep it aside
  2. If your using boil rice than the method is different and if you're using your leftover Cook deal thn the procedure is little bit different
  3. I used my leftover dal.in pan add leftover dal and let it dry completely.thn take it out in a bowl
  4. In same pan add tbsp of oil add cumin seeds and let it crackle
  5. Than add curry leaf turmeric ginger garlic paste green chillies and cook.
  6. Now add dried dal or if you have plain boil dal than add that but it must be noted that the dal should be totally dry
  7. Cook it for few minutes..now add this mixture in rice add some free fresh coriander.
  8. Make balls out if it and fill the cheese in center
  9. Dip in egg and coat with crumbs
  10. Before frying let it settle for few hours in freezer
  11. Deep fry it and enjoy
