- Take 1/4 cup cashewnuts pieces
- Prepare 2 dry red Kashmiri chillies
- Prepare 1/2 cup warm water
- Prepare 1/2 cup malai
- Make ready 1 tsp dry kasuri methi

- Get 1 cup maida
- Get 2 tsp oil
- Prepare 2 tbsp curd
- Make ready 1 pinch soda bi carb

- Make ready 3-4 tbsp finely chopped garlic
- Make ready 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh coriander leaves

Instructions to make Spicy Makhani Dip with Naan Chips:
- To prepare Makhani Dip.. In kadhai add,heat oil. Add cardamoms, chopped green chillies,ginger pastr,saute for 30 secs. Add chopped tomatoes and bottlegourd pieces. Saute for 2 minutes.
- Add dhania jeera powder,red chilli powder,garam masala, white sesame seeds,salt, sugar. Mix well.
- Add cashewnuts pieces,dry Kashmiri chillies and water. Mix well and cover & cook on slow flame till tomato and bottlegourd pieces are tender. Cool for 2 mins.
- Now add malai, kasuri methi. Mix well. Pour it in mixer grinder. Grind to slight coarse mixture. Transfer in cooking pot. Reheat at time of serving.
- To make garlic naan.. in mixing bowl add maida,oil, soda bi carb, salt,curd, mix well. Add little little water to make dough. Cover and keep aside at warm place for at least 2-3 hours. Knead dough again and make 4 portions. Roll into round 1"puri, sprinkle chopped garlic, corainder leaves and sesame seeds. Roll gently into 4"-5" round shape naan. Half Roast on both sides on griddle. Similarly prepare all.
- At the time of serving. Cut each half roasted naan into triangular pieces as shown. Roast/ Bake in Airfryer for 5-8 mins at 180 temperature till crispy golden brown.
