- In maida add salt, hing oil 6 tsp, pepper powder and knead a medium stiff dough
- To besan add salt, ajwain, oil 2 tsp and knead a medium stiff dough
- Make portions and roll out 2 maida rotla and 2 besan rotlo using rice flour if needed
- Aplly oil on 1 maida rotlo and sprinkle rice flour. Place besan rotlo, apply oil, sprinkle rice flour
- In this way make a pile of 4 rotlas, roll slightly again to level them evenly
- Roll tighty and cut into portions
- Press each and roll slightly to make puris
- Deep fry crispy and enjoy with family this DIWALI
