  4. Place fish and veg in centre of paper / foil.
  5. Add ginger, soy sauce, dash of white wine and chili.
  6. Fold up the foil, ensuring gap above for steam
  7. Place in oven for 20 mins
  8. Spiralise a courgette, lightly fry
  9. Serve with veg and enjoy
