Let this cool to room temperature,then cover tightly with a lid (or follow the instructions on your preserving jars)
  5. Leave them to sit in the brine for at least one hour, they will keep for 2 weeks in the refrigerator, but you guess is that they will be eaten before then.
  6. Serve these on their own, mix in salads, eat as snacks when enjoying a beer or toss them into a salad.
