  2. Start cooking:Bismillah.add about half the oil and let heat up,then add the chillies and let them pop abit add the seeds and pop abit.take of the heat due to the seeds become bitter on overheating.then add the chopped tomatoes and liquid tomato puree was used here(thanx to Abu luqs!),.
  3. Then now add other spices include tumeric,paprika powder and check for salt.let cook until tomotoes ready,then add carrots and yellow peppers..add lemon,then the rest of oil then simmer until carrots cooked.enjoy as a relish
