Toss the carrots, seeds, chilli and garlic with a slug of oil and half the orange juice in a roasting tin. Dot with goat's cheese then sprinkle with the rest of the orange juice and the coriander and serve with salad or couscous. In a bowl mix together the crème fraîche, cheese, eggs, herbs, onion and garlic and salt and pepper. Pour this mixture into the pastry case and spread it out to fill the case.
