- Place about 1 scant teaspoon of diced apple in the center of the doughnut shape.
- Bake for 22 minutes in an oven preheated to 200℃. Let the tart cool completely, and then they are ready.
Bringing cinnamon to the party adds subtle, spicy warmth. I don't use dried, sweetened cranberries. Place sweet potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. In a small bowl, mash sweet potato with butter, syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg. Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
