So this Neapolitan Cake is made using the ONE cake batter The perfect spin-off of my favourite Chocolate Chip Cake, this three layer beauty is essentially a vanilla cake made with butter, sugar, flour - and a little sour cream. The cake batter is then divided into three. From the inside out, with the cakes themselves and topped with the frosting, this cake has got all of your favorites wrapped into one.   9. In a bowl whisk together flour ,baking powder and salt
  10. In a large bowl beat egg whites until stiff peaks form
  11. In another large bowl beat butter and sugar,until light and fluffy. Beat in half the flour mixture, stir in milk, and vanilla, add remaining flour mixture and stir just until blended
  12. Fold 1/3 of egg whites into batter, then add remaining folding in 2 more additions. Pour into 2 prepared pans and bake 12 to 19 minutes until a toothpick just comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan before removing from pans to cool completely
  13. MAKE STRAWBERRY CAKE
  14. In a bowl whisk together, flour, baling powder and salt
  15. In a large bowl beat sugar, jello powder and butter until light , beat in eggs one at a time until smooth
  16. Alternate flour mixture with milk and vanilla stirring just until combined, fold in strawberry puree until uniform in color. Pour into remain in 2 pans. Bake 18 to 25 MI utes u til a toothpick comes out jut clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan the cool completely
  17. ASSEMBLE CAKE
  18. Place 1 chocolate layer bottom side up on serving plate
