  5. Finally, add the chopped cabbage and then the prawns and cooked together until colour has changed and it’s cooked. (myself, I used lettuce as I cooked whatever ingredients I have left in the fridge - waste not… - but really cabbage should be used).
  6. Switch off heat and garnished with spring onions and stir gently. Set its aside for 10 minutes (so the noodles was soaked throughout and flavour all mixed).
