- Dissolve curry powder in 1/4c water and add to chicken. Stir, adjust salt if necessary. Allow to cook two more mins and remove from heat
- Serve hot
So think leftover turkey drippings (yum) + chicken stock + fresh herbs = Roast Dinner gravy. Mix the oil, carrots, onion and chicken wings in a roasting tin. Put the roasting tin on the hob over a medium heat. Peel the onions, wash the carrots, then roughly chop with the celery and bacon. Heat the butter in a saucepan (or in a roasting tin containing meat juices from your roast), then scatter over the flour.
