- Bhounfy till tomato soft..
- Now add bottle ground along it's water..
- Then add salt,red chilli, turmeric and Coriander powder..
- Mix and cook till veggies are half done..
- Now add carrots and peas..
- Then add veggie masala and tomato puree
- Mix and cook till all tender completely..
- Now add cabbage, capsicun and remaining onion(cubes cut)..
- Mix and pit on low flame for 15min..
- Note: if u want veggies to b more soft cook more(as i do)
- In the end give curry leaves and green chillies tarka on top..
- Mix and serve with chappati and crackers..
