  4. Then put sliced curry leaves, onion,tomato,carrot,green chilli And saute for 2 mins
  5. In this put marinated mutton, red chilli powder, Everest meat masala and salt
  6. Then put grated coconut paste half cup
  7. Close the cooker with lid.Cook for 10 mins and switch off the gas after 5-6 whistles. Mutton sukha gravy is ready

But in this recipe, I have used cooked mutton from the mutton kolambu instead of raw mutton. Mutton Sukka is a dry dish packed with flavours.
