  1. Take a bowl add chopped cabbage and carrot do not squeeze the water, it will taste more better
  2. Add ginger garlic paste
  3. Add cornflour, refined flour,salt and mix well
  4. Heat the oil and Deep fry the manchurian balls till golden brown color
  5. To make a sauce heat oil add chopped ginger - garlic and green chilli then add spring onion saute it for 1 minute
  6. Add chopped capsicum and onion, saute it on high flame for another 1 minute
  7. Add Tomato sauce, Chili sauce, soya sauce
  8. Mix 3 tsp cornflour in 1 cup of water, add This mixture in kadai, 1 cup more water to make gravy,boil it for 2 minutes,add pepper powder then add manchurian balls and vinegar mix it well garnish with spring onion and ready to eat
