Melt the butter in large, nonstick frying pan on a medium heat, then add the garlic, shallots and celery, and soften for about five minutes. Add the mushrooms, fry for three or four minutes more,. - Cook all these vegetables till it gets soften and then add salt, red chilli powder in it. Cook it for 2 min and add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar in it. Mix it again.
- Now add water in it and cook it for another 10 min on low flame.
- Then add stuffed mushrooms in it and let it cook for 5 min on low flame. Then Turn off the flame and garnish it with chopped coriander and some French beans.
