  3. Add spices, crumble stock cube and Sir.
  4. Cook until veg are soft, cool a little then blend u til smooth.

Looked at other recipes and they have a potato in. Had to throw it away although the taste was good. Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan on a low heat and add the onion, carrots, garlic and spices until the onion is soft. Add the lentils and stock and bring to the boil, then add the coriander. Simmer until the lentils are cooked.
