I can have them as a meal too. So for the third day I have got these Dhoklas where I have added grated carrot and baby. Take the beasn in a bowl. Add turmeric powder, lime juice, ginger and chilli paste, asafeotida, sugar and salt.

- Mix rice flour & Urad daal powder, salt & soda together make a paste. Divide equally into two bowls.
- Grate carrot and make a paste. Mix it with half batter.
- Greased the bowls with ghee. At first, pour the plain batter then poured egg at the end covered it with carrot better.
- Cooked for 20-25 minutes into steamer & served with coconut coriander chutney.
Add in the flour and a pinch of salt into a large bowl. Add a little water at a time and knead to make a firm yet smooth dough. Khaman dhokla is a steamed savoury cake. It is a traditional Gujarati snack usually served as a snack or also as a served in a meal. Traditionally dhoklas are made with channa dhal soaked, ground with few spices and then fermented and steamed.
