  4. Add half tablespoon of dark sauces and stir it evenly together (cook for 8min), take it out and put a side
  5. Make warm the wraps without oil, put the wraps on the pan, turn evenly each side until it is light brown (2min each side), take it out and put a side
  6. Ready to Wrapps: lay the wraps on the plate, put the fried egg and stir fried marinated pork on the wraps, put coriander leaf in the wraps, fold the wrap into half and ready to serve.

You know when it's ready when you stick a knife in and it's very soft. Be careful to keep it TIGHTLY completely covered even the edges of the baking tray when it returns to the oven. Cook the pork according to the pack instructions. Divide the pork, beans, lettuce, tomato, cheese, salsa and avocado between the tortillas and squeeze on the lime juice.
