  1. Make ready 2 tbsps vegetable oil
  2. Make ready 1 medium pack of beef sirloin, cut into 2” strips

  5. Get 1 handful cut broccoli
  6. Prepare 3-4 green/red spring onions

  8. Make ready 5-6 baby corn cut in half
  9. Get 2-3 handful - Pak Choi (roughly half chopped)
  10. Prepare 1 clove – Garlic (finely chopped)
  11. Make ready 1 packet ready cooked noodle
  12. Take 1 tbsp honey
  13. Take 1 tbsp sweet & chilli sauce
  14. Take 1 tbsp soy sauce
  15. Make ready 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  16. Take 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
  17. Take 1 red chilly for garnish (optional)

  4. Mix honey, soy, sweet & chilli, oyster sauce in the small bowl stir well and pour in the wok. Stir well for about 2 minutes.
  5. Add noodle in continue to cook and stir until vegetables are tender.
  6. Add sliced egg, chilli and lime when served and ENJOY.

Once it's browned with your onion, garlic and ginger, add half of your prepared stir fry sauce to flavour your beef first. Once your cabbage and carrots have been added and are softened, add the remaining sauce, stir frying to coat everything together in all of those flavours. This recipe was super easy and the beef loin I used maintained excellent flavor and consistency.
