To prepare the sauce, add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, worchestire sauce, rice wine, concentrated chicken stock and water and mix well. Briefly fry cinnamon stick, star anise and sliced onions in a little oil. Place sweet potatoes and carrots in a large bowl. Toss with a little oil, salt and pepper and set aside.
