Place the rice on a serving plate. Add the bell peppers, guacamole, black beans, corn, and cilantro. Blend avocados, chilli sauce, tomatoes, lemon juice, onion, salt and pepper together. Serve with raw vegetable sticks or wholemeal bread. To make the guacamole, mash the avocados with the lime juice.
