- Firstly wash carrots and grate it now take a cooker and boil carrot (without water) for 5 minutes
- Now take a deep bottom wok add milk and boil it for 5 minutes now add grated carrrot in it And boil it on low flame till dry milk now add ghee And mix it cook for 3-4 minutes add sugar mix well now chopped cashew and add in it.
- Now garnish with raisins and serve hot
