  3. Heat up Desi ghee in a kadhai.add Jeera and paste mentioned above.
  4. Cook this masala for 10 minutes at medium flame.Now add dry masale,pav bhaji masala both sauces tomato and red chilli.
  5. Mix it well. Add the mashed vegetables in kadhai and boiled peas.
  6. Cook it for five minutes at high flame and stir it continuously.
  7. Now garnish it with butter, small pieces of paneer and coriander leaves.
  8. Serve this bhaji with pav.
