- Prepare 1 cup semolina/ suji
- Make ready 2 tbsp carrot (grated)

- On low flame add semolina, salt, red chilli powder, and add water according to need. Stir continuously & cook until thickened.
- Add lemon juice.
- Add butter to the upma after leaving ghee around inside the wok.
- Switch off the gas.
- Take a bowl put Vegetables like carrot, capsicum, paneer, tomato, coriander leaves, peanut, sprout moong. Mix well.
- Add a pinch salt & a pinch black pepper. Mix together nicely. Mix 3/4 of Vegetables into the UPMA.
- Take a plate and bowl. Greasing around the bowl nicely.
- First layer put 1/4 of the Vegetables then put a layer of UPMA on it and press it nicely.
- Removed the UPMA bowl in serving plate. Serve with coconut chutney. Enjoy.
