How is gajrela different from gajar ka halwa? The gajrela recipe is pretty different from how we make the gajar ka halwa. During winters, I make gajar ka halwa often. It is a popular sweet made in north India during winters. By the way, in Punjabi language we call carrot halwa as gajrela.
