Steps to make Palak Gajar ki bhujiya:
- Wash all vegetables. Cut the vegetables and put in separate bowls.
- Cut spinach/palak, wash it 3 to 4 times. Now blanch the spinach and strain out it's water.
- Our oil in a pan, add onions and saute it.
- Now add tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, kalonji and ajwain. Bhonofy it very well.
- Now add spinach, carrots and little water. Cook it till vegetables become tender and water will dry out.
- When water is dry out, add dry Methi, lemon and green chillies into it. Bhonofy it.
- Now add Desi ghee in it and bhonofy it for a minute.
- Serve it hot with Chapatis
